It is super inconvenient to have to update the app over my data because the thing forces me to when I am out. It has literally done this to me twice before while I was in the store trying to use the stupid app. If only it would tell me that it needs to be updated when I am home then I wouldn't have to waste so much of my data. I use the app a couple times a week and it works fine. Don't get why it's got to force you to update on the go like that. The old plastic card never aggravated me like....

The app if you can ever get into it is okay. The problem is they combined the shopping/rx apps into one, but the rx section doesn't recognize your old login. Fine, but it also doesn't recognize ur DOB, name, & phone number to create a new rx a/c from the old. Nope! It'll tell you your phone is already in use. Well of course it is! You have to call tech support, which is useless. Then you have to wait for IT! Why doesn't it recognize your email, phone, address, name, DOB from the old!

To anyone that experienced trouble "getting into" the app after they changed everything earlier this year (2023). The app would not let me access my Rx side and consistently asked me to login or create a new account. I am an IT guy and did everything from the user side you can, and it still failed. I think I reached out to them via an online email form or maybe it was a review and asked them to delete my account (Rx). They must have done it because I just logged in with no problem.
